Section 5 – Component Log: The Component Log is forhelicopter or avionics components. Helicopters have many moretime-limited components than airplanes, many of which are smallcomponents which are exchanged or overhauled on their own schedule. Manyavionics units are swapped and/or repaired separately. This logconsists of separate log sheets which can be mated to individualcomponents.
